  Our 20ft containers carry contruction machinery and materials ordered by local clients (NBO / MBA Kenya).

  We offer the following short-term investment opportunities:

  Container Investment:
  Runtime:     6-12 months
  Investment: 30.000,-- - 50.000.-- Euro
  ROI:             5 - 8% per investment (seminanual payment) 

  Example: Container 50.000,-- Euro with a runtime of 2x6 months
  Runtime     1. - 6. month at an investment of 50.000,-- with 5% at 1. payment = 2.500,-- Euro
  Runtime     7. - 12. month                                                                     2. payment = 2.500,-- Euro 

  ROI:         2 x  5%  //  2 x 2.500,-- Euro =  5.000,-- Euro  (p.a. = 10%)

  The investment can be terminated at the earliest after 6 months. 
  The standard runtime of 12 months can be prolonged any time at current conditions

  By the investor's request, the container can be exported in his/her name
  which makes him/her the legal owner of the merchandise prior to sale.
  Your contracting partner is the company KENEXPORT, registered in Germany.
  (Legal basis is the European Foreign Exchange Act.)
